Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

• If we are unable to fulfil your order, or
• If a defective or damaged item was delivered and cannot be replaced.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the original products back to us

Shipping Costs & Responsibility
